Shipping & Returns



Your Online order will be shipped via USPS.  Shipping charges will depend on total weight and destination of the shipment.   Most orders are processed within 2-5 days. Please allow 5-7 business days for ground shipping depending on your location. Orders cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box.

We ship internationally!  When checking out please select your country and your parcel will ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class mail.  It will generally take 8-10 business days.  Please note, all international orders will ship with insurance.  Tracking numbers will be provided when your order is ready to ship. 


We want you to be 100% happy with your order.  If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can send it back within 7 days of receipt of the order for a full return (less shipping and handling cost), or within 14 days for a store credit or exchange (less shipping and handling cost).

No refunds on sales merchandise.  All sales are final after 14 days of purchase. 

Returned items must be unused and in original condition and packaging. 
All shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Returned items will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
 Crawlings can only return/exchange items purchased through and a copy of your receipt is required. Items purchased through a Crawlings retailer must be returned/exchanged through that specific retailer, observing their particular return/exchange policy.

Although we make every effort not to be out of stock, we cannot guarantee that the item you request in exchange will be in stock. In order to avoid any delays in processing your exchange, we recommend that you select an additional, alternate exchange item, size or color on your exchange slip in case your first choice is unavailable.

Please allow 2-4 weeks ample time return/exchange processing.  


If you would like to return an item from the Crawlings website for a refund or an exchange, please follow these instructions:

1. Please ensure that your return/exchange meet the return/exchange policy above.

2. Please contact us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number at [email protected]

3. Please send the item you would like to return/exchange in a suitable shipping package with the RMA No. on the address label for prompt processing.  To ensure your return/exchange is received, please obtain a tracking number from your shipping carrier.  Crawlings cannot be responsible for lost items due to shipping back to us.  Ship to:
